My name is Gillian. I haven't been to the dentist in 15 yrs approximately due to a traumatic life event that happened at that time that meant lying back in the dentists chair was something I couldn't do. However pain forced me to attend your dentist this morning. I cried in the car the whole way home. I cried with joy!

Despite having to get two teeth extracted next week and some filling repairs there after I am so happy that I have broken this fear. I will still be nervous going forward but I think I can manage it. Today was the biggest step and I took it. 

A contributing factor was the approach of Lee and Carla. They were amazing. Non judgmental and very calming. 

They are a credit to your practice and have had a massive impact on my life even in the short time it took for the consultation. I know it may seem over the top me saying all this but not attending the dentist knowing I needed my teeth seen to has affected my smile and my life in general.  Hopefully in a few months once all the work is complete my full smile will be back.

"Ok, I have avoided the dentist for quite some time, like a lot of people I'm scared, scared, scared because of treatment as a child.  After a lot of hesitation I walked in on Tuesday, seen of Wednesday. massively reassured by staff and had my treatment today aided by my stress cushion.  Sitting feeling very pleased with myself but could definitely not have coped without the massive understanding, patience, reassurance and friednliness of the staff especially Christine, Ceri and Joanna.
